Can I select my own personal identification number (PIN) on my VISA® debit or ATM card?
When you apply for a debit card, you are allowed to select your own Personal Identification Number (PIN). However, this option is not an option for a new ATM card. The PIN for an existing debit card or ATM card can be changed at an original Landmark ATM, but you must know your current PIN to use this feature. Please note that our Mayville branch ATM is currently unable to process this request. If you do not know your current PIN, you would need to reset it through Phone Banking -

What if I don't have enough points for the award I want?
If there is an award you want, and you do not have enough points to complete the redemption, you will have the ability at checkout to use a payment card for the amount that exceeds your current available points. This option will be available for most merchandise and travel redemptions. The use of a payment card will not be available when you select to redeem the points for statement credit or direct deposit to a Landmark account. -

How do I open a Youth Checking or Savings Account?
If you want to open a Youth Checking and Savings Account simultaneously, you can complete the application process online.
If you wish to open only a Youth Savings Account or only a Youth Checking Account, you will need to visit a branch and talk with an associate. Additionally, if you already have a Youth Savings Account and you wish to open a Youth Checking Account you will still need to visit a branch. -

How do I join Landmark Credit Union?
Membership is available to all people who live or work in an eligible county, as well as immediate family members of all individuals eligible for membership. To become a member, simply open a VIP Savings Account with a minimum of $5. You can open your account online or by visiting one of our more than 30 branches throughout Southern Wisconsin. -

How do I receive a copy of my account interest 1099?
Members who earned more than $10.00 of interest during the year will receive a 1099 form in the mail. These forms are postmarked by January 31 of each year.
If you are registered for eDocuments, you can obtain a duplicate copy via Digital Banking by hovering over "Accounts" in the top navigation, clicking on "Statements and Documents" and then clicking on the "Tax Forms" tab.
