How do I find my account number?
Here are the different ways to find your Landmark account number:
Digital Banking- Log in to Digital Banking
- Click on an account from your dashboard or from "Account Details" under "Accounts" in the navigation
- Once you are in an account, you will see the last four digits of your account number underneath the account name
- Click the eye icon to reveal your full account number
- Log in to the mobile app
- Tap on an account from your dashboard
- Once you are in an account, click the "Show details" button in the upper-right corner
- Tap the eye icon to reveal your full account number
Member Statement (eDocuments or mailed)
Your account numbers are listed on your monthly/quarterly member statements.
Landmark Loan Billing Notice
Your account number is listed on your billing notices.
Your Printed Checks- Refer to the numbers across the bottom of the check
- From left to right, locate the routing number, 275079714
- Your account number will be the next set of digits to the right of the routing number

You do not need your account number to apply for a loan. You can apply online, at any of our branches, or contact us. -

I have a new car loan with Landmark. What is my account number?
Locating your Landmark Credit Union account number is easy. You can find it in various places:- Billing Notice: Your account number is printed on your billing notice.
- Dealership Application: If you applied for financing at one of our preferred dealerships, your account number is in your welcome letter. You will need it to enroll in Digital Banking, to make payments from external accounts and for mailed payments.
- Branch or Online Auto Loan Application: If you applied for an auto loan at a branch or online, your account number is within the account documents you received.
- Digital Banking or Mobile App: If you use Digital Banking or our mobile app, here's how to find your account number:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Click on an account from your dashboard or from "Account Details" under "Accounts" in the navigation

How do I change the phone number on my account?
You can update your phone number in Digital Banking or our mobile app.
Digital Banking- Log in to Digital Banking
- Hover over the "Settings & Support" menu
- Click "Settings"
- Click the "Contact" tab
- In the phone numbers section, click the pencil icon next to the phone number you want to update
- Enter your phone number
- Click the "Save Changes" button
- Log in to the mobile app
- Tap the "More" icon in the bottom navigation
- Tap "Settings"
- Tap "Contact"
- Tap the phone number you want to update within the 'Phone Numbers" section
- Enter your phone number and tap the "Save Phone" button If you are locked out of your Digital Banking account, please contact us.

Can you have more than one Bill Pay account without having direct deposit going to each account?
Yes, direct deposit is not required. You are able to have more than one checking account set up under each member number as a Bill Pay funding account.
