What can I expect when completing my payment relief submission?
Landmark has relief programs available for select loan products to help members during a financially challenging time. Our review process will often fall within 7 to 10 business days upon submission.
- Varying requirements: While we have relief programs available for select loan types, each program has different requirements. We’ll reach out and advise you of your options depending on the select loan product you have and your specific situation.
- Additional Documentation: Keep in mind that all programs will require you to sign an agreement. Additionally, most programs will require you to submit financial documentation.
- Recent Contact Information: Include your most up to date contact information best phone number(s) and email so our team can communicate with you directly about your request.
- Provide Detail: Provide as much details as possible in the ‘Reason for Request and approximate date of when hardship began to help expedite the process.
Mortgage assistance through Loss Mitigation: If you’re a Landmark member and experiencing any hardships with your 1st Mortgage and/or HELOC loan in making a current payment or future payments, please contact the Loss Mitigation team at 855-815-6391 or 262-796-4500 ext.6671. It’s important that you act quickly. Fewer options may be available the longer you wait.
Credit Cards: We do not allow extension relief for credit card.
