Steps to Request Your Mobile App Account Deletion

Contact us directly to request your Landmark Credit Union Mobile App account deletion by one of the methods below:

  1. Call us at (262) 796-4500
  2. In the Landmark Credit Union Mobile App, tap Delete Account in the Settings menu to call us directly

Data Deletion From the Landmark Credit Union Mobile App

When you request deletion of your account the following data and services will be impacted:

  • All associated data held in our Digital Banking system will be deleted.
  • Data will no longer be accessible or available to any party, except Landmark Credit Union for legal, regulatory or compliance purposes.
  • Your financial accounts will remain active, and the transaction history for your accounts will remain in our system history for as long as your financial accounts are open, but all Digital Banking data will be deleted.
  • We will disable ancillary Digital Banking products, including bill pay, alerts and notifications, e-statements, Zelle, external account transfers, external loan payments and scheduled transfers.  Any scheduled payments or transfers will be cancelled. To reinstate any of these services, you will be required to re-register for Digital Banking.
