Josh Resch has nearly 20 years of commercial banking experience. As Vice President, Business Lending Officer, Josh develops and maintains long-term solid relationships with various closely-held businesses and real estate investors. He aspires to be a trusted advisor for his clients by taking the time to listen and understand their needs while ensuring their access to strategic banking solutions to meet them.
In 2020, Josh originated the First Main Street Lending Program loan in the United States totaling $13,000,000. In 2022, he was awarded the In Business 40 under 40 designation.
Josh is engaged in his community and active with several organizations, including United Way of Dane County, Downtown Madison, Inc., MABA, Middleton Outreach Ministry (MOM), the Goodman Center, and Second Harvest Foodbank.
Josh earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in finance & accounting.
Outside work, Josh resides in downtown Madison with his wife, Raechel, and daughter Ava.
