Online Payments

Pay your bills in seconds.

Easily pay your bills within Online Banking. From utility bills, Landmark loan payments or credit cards, you can pay all your bills online with just a few easy clicks.

Bill Pay

Bill Pay is a free service that allows you an easy and convenient way of paying your bills online. Now you can pay your bills and credit cards from other financial institutions, all in one place.

  • Payments are deducted from your checking account and appear on your monthly statement
  • Make recurring payments automatically
  • Add, delete or modify information on your personal list of payees
  • View scheduled and past payments
  • Verify and correct information before payments are sent
  • View an electronic copy of your paper bills with the eBill feature (only some payees are eligible)

How to access Bill Pay

Log into Online Banking and select the Bill Pay tab, or open the Landmark Mobile App and select the “Bill Pay” option at the bottom of the screen.

Landmark Loan Payments

Easily pay your Landmark loan from your account with Landmark or from another financial institution. Follow the instructions below to make an online payment for your auto loan, Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) or any other consumer loan Landmark offers.

Loan Payments must be received by 7:30 PM. Payments received after this time will be credited the next day. Applicable late payment fees will be assessed on the last day of the grace period as of the cutoff time.

Online Banking Instructions
  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Locate the “Move Money” tab. Then click “Loan Pay” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click "Get Started.” When prompted, enter your external account information to begin. You will need the correct routing and account number from the other financial institution to complete this process.
  4. Schedule transfer and make sure to select the “Repeat” box if you would like to set up a recurring payment.
Mobile App Instructions
  1. Log into the Mobile App.
  2. Tap “More” in the bottom navigation.
  3. Tap “Loan Pay.”
  4. Click "Get Started" and enter your external account information to begin. You will need the correct routing and account number from the other financial institution to complete this process.
Loan Payoffs

Loan payoffs for fixed term consumer loans (excludes: HELOCs, home equity loans, lines of credit, mortgage and business loans) can also be made using the “loan pay” option within Online Banking or the Mobile App. Payoffs must be made during Landmark business days. For all other loans, please call our Member Service Center at (262) 796-4500 to obtain your payoff information.

Online Banking Instructions
  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Locate the “Move Money” tab from the main navigation and select “Make a Transfer”
  3. Enter the amount to be transferred, choose a from and to account, click “Make Transfer” and finally “Confirm Transfer.”
Mobile App Instructions
  1. Log into the Mobile App.
  2. Tap “Make a transfer” in the bottom navigation.
  3. To make a one-time payment choose a from and to account, enter the amount you want to transfer, tap “Transfer” and finally tap “Confirm Transfer.”
  4. To set up a recurring payment, tap the “schedule” toggle at the top and then “schedule a transfer.” Then you can choose which account to send funds to, enter the amount you want to transfer, set up the frequency of payment, tap “Schedule” and finally tap “confirm transfer.”

Landmark Credit Card Payments

One of the easiest ways you can make a credit card payment is through Landmark’s Online Banking or Mobile App.

Online Banking Instructions
  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. Locate the “Move Money” tab from the main navigation, and select “Make a Transfer.”
  3. Enter the amount to be transferred, choose a from and to account, click “Transfer Funds” and finally “Confirm Transfer.”
Mobile App Instructions
  1. Log into the Mobile App.
  2. Tap “Make a transfer” in the bottom navigation.
  3. To make a one-time payment, choose a from and to account, enter the amount you want to transfer, tap “Transfer” and finally tap “Confirm Transfer.”
  4. To set up a recurring payment, tap the “schedule” toggle at the top and then “schedule a transfer.” Then you will be able to choose a from and to account, enter the amount you want to transfer, set up the frequency of payment, tap “transfer” and finally tap “confirm transfer.”

Online Banking Instructions
  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. Click the name of your credit card account.
  3. Click the "Pay your bill now” link. It will prompt you to add your financial institution’s account information.
Mobile App Instructions
  1. Log into the Mobile App.
  2. Click the name of your credit card account.
  3. Click the "Pay your bill now” link. It will prompt you to add your financial institution’s account information.
