From the President by Jay Magulski

As I reflect on 2018’s successes and look to what’s ahead for Landmark Credit Union in 2019, I see an organization that is undergoing a tremendous amount of positive change.

Some of those changes are clearly visible to you, our valued members. These include the addition of our Muskego branch and recently relocated Franklin location, making Wi-Fi available for members at all of our branches, a new online loan application, enhancements to our online and mobile banking platforms, and our recently announced plans to build a new headquarters. Other changes benefit you even as they take place behind the scenes. For example, we provided our associates with important new training opportunities in 2018, and we continue to modernize our workplace to improve productivity and engagement.

As the saying goes, the more things change, the more they stay the same. Even as Landmark continues to grow and evolve we remain steadfast in our commitment to providing you with straightforward options for your everyday financial needs and to helping you achieve your long-term financial goals.

We continue to give back to the communities we serve. Both our 2018 United Way and Children’s Miracle Network “Links” campaigns set new records for giving this year, raising more than $175,000 and $47,000 respectively. We also participated in volunteer opportunities, parades and other community-based events.

On behalf of the entire Landmark team, I thank you for the trust you place in us as your financial partner. We sincerely look forward to serving you in 2019.
