To begin the mortgage application process with Landmark, you must become a member. You can obtain your membership by opening a VIP Savings Account for $5. Please review our membership requirements to determine eligibility.

Mortgage Application Process
Before starting your application, you’ll need to create a username and password, which allows you to retrieve your application in the future. During the application process you'll also be asked to give Landmark Credit Union authorization to obtain a copy of your credit report. If there is a freeze or lock on your credit report, you will have to have to contact the credit reporting agency to request the freeze be lifted before we can process your application.
The following information about yourself and any other borrowers is also required:
- Social Security Number
- Employer contact information
- Estimated income, assets and liabilities
- Date of birth
